Key Take-Aways:

The Sirui Saturn V2 75mm T2.9 Anamorphic is a manual-focus full-frame anamorphic cine prime and the Mark II of the Saturn 75mm; Sirui sells it in L, E, RF and Z mounts and its main change is a lens that unlocks and rotates 90 degrees between horizontal and vertical shooting. In L-Mount it weighs 511 g without lens cap, is 112 mm long and 65 mm across at the widest, with an M62x0.75 filter thread, a 0.9 m minimum focus distance, a maximum magnification of 0.09x in the vertical direction, 14 aperture blades and a T2.9 to T16 aperture range; Sirui makes no weather sealing claim. Sirui's US store lists the single lens in L-Mount at $599. As of Oct 2026, few reviews have been written.

From Sirui:

> Consistent horizontal de-squeeze and optical performandce in both horizontal and vertical shooting- built for cinema widescreen and vertical content.
>
> With its 1.6x constant squeeze ratio, Saturn V2 delivers approximately 0.9:1 from a 9:16 frame and 1.07:1 from a 2:3 frame after desqueeze. In horizontal mode, 16:9 becomes 2.84:1 and 3:2 becomes 2.4:1.
>
> Both horizontal and vertical shooting feature the signature oval bokeh and vertically stretched backgrounds. Paired with soft, natural flares, every frame carries that unmistakable anamorphic look.
>
> A stepless T2.9 aperture delivers crisp subjects, blurred backgrounds, and natural transition for daily shoots.
>
> 75mm: 47mm Equivalent-Portrait Narrative.

Specifications are from the spec table on Sirui's page for the Saturn V2 set, which has one column per focal length and gives weight and length per mount; the L-Mount figures are used (weight excludes the lens cap, length is 112.2 mm rounded to 112 mm). Sirui publishes one set of figures for all mounts for the filter thread, minimum focus distance and aperture. Diameter is the 65 mm maximum diameter that Sirui gives for the E and L mount versions. Maximum magnification is the larger, vertical figure (0.09x; the horizontal figure is >0.054x). Sirui gives its field of view only as lower-bound figures (17.8 vertical, 42.4 horizontal and more than 44.6 diagonal degrees), not a diagonal angle of view, so the field is left out. The price is the single-lens L-Mount price in Sirui's US store, with no crossed-out price; the same page also sells the three lenses as a $1,699 set. The product image is Sirui's picture of the 75mm lens, with the mount not specified.
