Key Take-Aways:

The Irix 150mm T3.0 Tele Cine is a manual-focus, full-frame telephoto cine prime with 11 aperture blades, an 86 mm front filter thread and weather sealing, designed specifically for longer focusing distances than the Macro 1:1 version. Irix lists the L-Mount version at 1,202 g with a 0.67 m close focus, and it costs $1,295. As of Oct 2026, the two written reviews and three videos linked here lean positive. Digital Camera World (Feb 2023) praises the solid weather-sealed build, tactile rings and pleasing image quality, but finds it not the sharpest at T3 and a bit heavy for handheld use. DIYPhotography (Mar 2023) finds the bokeh gorgeous and calls it a tank of a lens, though not ARRI SP sharp. meninjey's video calls it the best lens he has handled.

From Irix:
