The Brightin Star 14mm f/2.8 is a budget manual-focus ultra-wide with no electronic contacts, so it passes no data to the camera and gets no in-camera corrections. The one professional review finds a sharp centre, surprisingly low distortion, strong close-up sharpness and a metal build, but also corners that fall apart from field curvature until about f/5.6 to f/8, large coloured flare rings, heavy vignetting at f/2.8 and no weather sealing, and it cannot easily recommend the lens.
